Gobble, gobble, wibble and wobble! It's Turkey Day! We celebrated in a fun way with a table filled with sweets and treats!
All our guests were greeted at the door with a wreath I made out of burlap and felt rosette flowers. The kids even helped me make it one day by helping tie on the strips of the burlap! The centerpiece for our table is a basket that has been in my family for years. Not your traditional cornucopia, yet we filled with it with pumpkins and ghords we purchased at our local farm. The kids loved picking them out! We placed two vintage milk glass candlesticks on either side (a thrift shop find!) to give it a more elegant feel.
Amber of Party On! Designs created the cutest party printables for our party! Inspired by a chalkboard, the kids loved the turkeys on the banner and cupcake toppers! We made together pumpkin muffins we placed in mini baskets from Party On! Designs, served vanilla cupcakes and treated our guests to Hershey Kisses with the cutest surprise from Party On! Designs ~ mini stickers on the bottom! It is a sweet treat for all ages. The kids were treated to candy corn filled push up pops we placed in a turkey tin designed by I Have A Favor as a take home treat and adults took home mini mason jars filled with candy corn as well.
We finished the day off taking pictures outside with an adorable banner designed by Party On! Designs. It was a great way to remember the day and the kids loved playing in the fall leaves! It certainly was a Happy Thanksgiving and a fun day for all ages!
