Summary:
We were expecting baby #2 and knew that we wanted to have a special party to reveal the gender to our friends and family all together. We asked our guests to wear pink or blue, depending upon their guesses. Our friends and family were greeted at the door with a chalkboard where they were asked to tally their final vote and also asked to don a bow or a bow-tie for the remainder of the party. I hung up all of my ultrasounds in a banner above the food table so people could take a closer look to see if they could "tell" a little better :) All of the food and drinks served were pink/blue themed.
