Summary:
What little girl wouldn't want to have an afternoon tea party in Paris? For a fun treat one afternoon for my daughter and her friends, that is just what we did! Keeping things simple and chic, we stuck to an all black and white Parisian theme and had an afternoon tea party the girls will remember forever!
Amber of Party On! Designs designed the most chic printable set using black and white damask paired with polka dots and a hint of pink. Each girl received an invite that was a "postcard from Paris" and when they arrived they each received a passport book that Amber also created. It had coloring pages and games and was a fun activity to do during the tea party.
For our dessert table, we found at our local home decor store a large wrought iron Eiffel Tower and a canvas painting to add a touch of Paris to our table.
We served the girls vanilla cupcakes, meringue cookies, croissants, and sugar cookies from Stephanie J's Creations. The girls had pink lemonade in mason jars we decorated with doilies and black ribbon for an extra touch of chic. And a chalkboard menu added to their tea party table gave the girls the sense we were in an outdoor bistro in Paris.
All the girls had a great time and my little one said she wants to go to Paris someday! It truly was an afternoon filled with Parisian chic.
